To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Return request is made within 15 days of delivery confirmation
• Item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags are attached and packaging is intact
• Item is not listed in our non-returnable products (see below)
• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and authenticity of our specialized products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized items (including any jackets with custom alterations)
• Intimate apparel and accessories for hygiene reasons
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags
• Products purchased during final sale or clearance events

• Original packaging if possible

• Return authorization number clearly visible on the package
